From our family to yours
Springs Home Improvement started in 2010 as CFar Enterprises, founded by Chuck and Debbie Farrington, as a part-time endeavor. However, as passion and demand for the business grew, Springs Home Improvement transformed into a full-time, thriving company focused on larger home remodeling projects, from bathrooms to kitchens.
Springs Home Improvement works with a wide range of homeowners — some know exactly what they want, others look for guidance to fix their pain points. Whatever your home remodeling needs, you can trust Springs Home Improvement to help you solve your problem and transform your home into something you love coming home to.
Chief Problem Solver
Hometown: Gorham, ME
Chuck’s upbringing on a farm nurtured him in becoming a creative problem solver as well as years of experience in starting and running service-related businesses. Chuck is a certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler. Chuck’s dad was practical and loved working with his hands — if there was a problem, he would always find a way to fix it. These are the values that Chuck abides by today when working with each of his clients. Finding creative solutions to each homeowner’s pain points and helping them achieve their dream home is why he does what he does. He has a strong love and commitment to his family and could not be prouder of his two daughters, son-in-law, and two grandchildren — with hopefully more on the way!
Hometown: Enon, OH

He is skilled and versed in all aspects of remodeling as a NARI-certified professional. His hobbies include weekends away to his cabin for relaxation, as well as fishing, hunting, and skiing. He does travel often, with most recent trips being to Panama and Alaska.
Design & Sales Manager
Hometown: Sioux City, IA
After two decades in Plano, TX, Ryan transitioned to Colorado Springs. His journey in construction has been extensive, commencing during his teenage years when he was involved in framing single and multifamily homes. Today, he specializes in crafting innovative residential home designs. His deep-rooted understanding of the production aspects of construction complements his design skill, resulting in projects that not only boast aesthetic appeal but also excel in functionality. When not designing, Ryan finds joy in hiking with his faithful canine companion, Ollie, indulges in golf, embarks on travel adventures, and cherishes quality time with his beloved wife.
Scott S. comes to SHI with over 15 years of contractor experience and is a triple threat. He knows I.T., real estate, and construction. Scott has owned his own remodeling and cabinetry company in Florida but relocated to CO with another company and we were lucky enough to find him. He loves working in the trades, his family, and volunteering.
Erik is the guy you want to build your house. In fact, he’s built his own from the footings to the rafters. He’s been with SHI for almost 6 years and we are lucky to have him as he’s a gifted carpenter and tradesman.
Client Success Specialist
Amanda keeps us all in good spirits. Probably because she was her high school mascot for 4 years! Here at SHI she keeps all of our clients happy and our team in line. Her favorite things are her bulldog, Miss Emmy, and designing bathrooms. Amanda learned this by designing a modern ADA-compliant bathroom for her great grandmother who is also who she would choose to have dinner with if given the chance.
Client Success Specialist
Lexi started with SHI as an intern and wowed us so much that we kept her. She will soon graduate with an Interior Design degree from UCCS. Her favorite place to be is on a speed boat- anywhere. She loves computer drafting and if given the chance would have dinner with Dolly Parton.
Matt loves to work with his hands. He and his wife built their own 40×60 pole barn! He is one of our flooring specialists (among everything else) and we love the vibe he brings to the job sites.
Rich is our residential stone mason among many talents. Some of his favorite projects are constructing stone fireplaces. Over the past 9 years, he’s been a huge part of the majority of our projects. He also wins our romantic award. When asked where his favorite place to be is… he replied, “Next to my wife.”.
Dylan is a wonderful addition to our field team. Besides being a skilled tradesman, he has a passion for working on cars. His favorite place to be is Breckenridge.
