Office Manager – Springs Home Improvement

Colorado Springs, CO | Full-Time | On-Site

Springs Home Improvement is a locally owned remodeler specializing in kitchens, baths, and full-home projects across the Pikes Peak region. We’re growing and need a proactive, detail-obsessed Office Manager to keep operations organized and our client experience five-star.

  • Monitor multiple inboxes (info@, design@, etc.) and phone systems (AT&T Office@Hand, company work phone).

  • Answer/respond to client calls, texts, and emails promptly.

  • Track and log all conversations across CRM, email, phone, and social.

  • Review CRM daily: clean up spam, correct info, ensure opportunities have tasks/notes/next steps.

  • Check Google LSA leads: rate, archive, and book immediately.

  • Schedule client meetings, send reminders, and keep calendars updated.

  • Prep/release bid requests; track trade partner timelines; review received bids.

  • Upload plans/documents to Buildertrend and opportunities.

  • Create design development packages and digital/physical jobsite binders.

  • Convert sold design jobs into production and coordinate team handoffs.

  • Order products and materials, handle returns and warranties.

  • Track deliveries and update product tracking sheets.

  • Manage vendor documentation: COIs, W-9s, MOUs.

  • Import invoices into Buildertrend under correct PO; process for approval/payment.

  • Track/upload credit card receipts; maintain cash flow reporting.

  • Pull reports on sales performance.

  • Assist with hiring, onboarding paperwork, and internal HR support.

  • Review/post marketing content (blogs, social media, brand collateral).

  • Keep Buildertrend templates and company processes updated.

  • 3+ years in office management, admin, or project coordination (construction/remodeling preferred).

Kitchen & Bathroom Designer (Full-Time)

Springs Home Improvement is a locally owned and growing remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home projects. We deliver high-quality design, craftsmanship, and client care — and we’re looking for a talented Kitchen & Bathroom Designer to join our team.

This role is perfect for:

Experienced Designers ready to lead projects from consult to proposal.

Junior Designers with strong Revit skills looking to grow into client-facing and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend in-home consultations.

  • Provide ROCs (Range of Costs) and DA (Development Agreement) costs.

  • Conduct selections meetings and proposal presentations.

  • Document all design progress and client communications.

  • Create dimensioned floorplans, finish plans, reflected ceiling plans, and elevations.

  • Produce high-quality renderings (materials, finishes, lighting).

  • Prep and present design drawings and renderings for client meetings.

  • Assist team members with Revit support/training (experienced track).

  • Create estimates in Buildertrend with accurate line items and markup.

  • Populate proposal verbiage and ensure margin protection.
