Springs Home Improvement refreshed the main floor of this Falcon home, opening it up and adding character from the entry to the dining room. A plain hallway closet became a custom mudroom drop zone with a tall cabinet, bench, cubbies and open shelving.
The stair railing was replaced with a modern black design, the fireplace wall was updated with a dark accent finish and new mantel, and wood ceiling beams now frame the dining room. New wood-look flooring runs throughout for a warm, cohesive feel.
